Star Trainer

Final shoot day for 'Star Trainer' iPhone Application, today saw the culmination of three months work at Simulacra Studio, shooting photography and video on a purpose built set. Its been a long road but after much floor pacing like expectant fathers the App is in final production and fast approaching it's due date.

Returning clients Next Global Crisis shoot their latest Training Room Video. We can loosely describe these flights of fancy as Superheroine comic book style wrestling bouts, in glorious technicolour, thus putting Simulacra Studio on the map as a fully fledged video filming venue, hey we're not just a pretty face!

Breathe In & Buckle Up

I am now teaching regular photographic masterclass workshops at Simulacra Studio, each session is a different theme, circumnavigating high fashion with a twist. This weekend's workshop put the hussle in the bustle, featuring Custom Corsets and Headpieces. Our workshops are advertised on Meet Up the online networking platform, which links us to many aspiring amateur photographers, students and industry enthusiasts looking to add to their skill base and portfolio. Something Beautiful Happened Last Night!

Well... kind of! The exhibition Something Beautiful opened at Michaelhouse in Cambridge and there was a really good response. Over 80 people attended the event (we lost count after 80... actually, I lost count after 10!) and we good some really good feedback on the work... and everyone loved the venue!

The exhibition runs until June 19th so please do pop down and see it if you can. Michaelhouse has, on average, 2000 visitors per week, which is great- so over the next two weeks our work should reach a pretty large audience- good stuff!
